5. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
If the product was delivered in error or is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending any defective products.
6. Refunds
6.1 Refund Amount
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse:
- The full purchase price of the returned product(s)
- Standard delivery costs (if you return all products from an order)
If you chose a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery, we will only refund the standard delivery cost.
